Some artists make beautiful things. Alicia O’Dell makes beautiful things and then turns around and teaches others how to find their own creative voice. The Wenatchee-area metalsmith, fiber artist, and educator has shown her interdisciplinary work at galleries across the Northwest — Boxx Gallery in Tieton, Confluence Gallery in Twisp, Terrain in Spokane — and spent time as an Artist in Residence at the Grunewald Guild. Her pieces explore the textures of place, season, and meaning in ways that feel both personal and universal. Join us for First Friday on August 7, 5–7 PM at the Visit Wenatchee Visitors Center & Tasting Room to experience her work firsthand over a glass of local wine.
