Inspired by Herrera’s Blanco y Verde series, Habana Verde brings together rum, green apple cordial, dry vermouth, lime, and Cava in a crisp, vibrant cocktail. Born in Havana, Cuba, Herrera carried her Cuban roots throughout a remarkable artistic career, becoming known for her formal simplicity, crisp geometric lines, and striking use of color. Her Blanco y Verde paintings inspired the cocktail’s green-and-white palette and its balance of contrast, movement, and simplicity.
