Featured Artist: Michelle Li Murphy. Live Silk Painting at the Wells House.
The historic Wells House is open and free to the public from 5-7 PM on the First Friday of each month.
In April, come and explore the historic Wells House on Friday, April 5th, and experience a live silk painting demonstration by artist Michelle Murphy. During this time, Wells House volunteers will lead guests on a complimentary tour of the house.
Michelle is a fashion and textile designer who has taken their brand Barbarianheart all across the country, from Brooklyn to Los Angeles, specializing in hand-dyed silk fabrics, neckties, and accessories. Learn more about her work here.
Parking for the Wells House can be accessed from 9th Street, with the Wells House located on 625 Nelson Avenue on the Wenatchee Valley College campus. Unfortunately, the Wells House is not currently ADA accessible. We apologize for the inconvenience.
